To all the dads out there happy Father’s Day!
We know for some dads their battles are continuing through the NZ Family Court system, a broken system that continues to fail our children.
Make no mistake, some mums are just as hard done by.
It’s a continuous battle that will make most people weary.
It’s so often a nasty, vindictive battle by exes and their family members, exasperated by greedy lawyers who have little interest in outcomes, but a large interest in filling their bank accounts. (We will be naming some of these lawyers).
We’ve been busy as always helping dads with their court cases. Nothing ever changes.
Coming up soon we are going to start telling the stories we’ve been involved with. In some cases it’s quite frightening the experiences that dads have been put through.
These experiences include false complaints that led to arrests, disgraceful false stories and rumours spread post the conclusion of substantive proceedings.
In one case not a single allegation was made during 5 years of proceedings, but soon after the final orders were agreed by both parties, the mother and her family started a further campaign of harassment, lies, and knowingly deliberate defamatory comments to anyone who would listen.
Spring says “I’m helping a lot of dads at the moment, and it’s scary really what goes on”.
He goes on to say “my wins in the High Court, and the Court of Appeal have set the tone. Being self represented at the time makes these victories all the sweeter”.
Spring concluded by saying “I’m ready, it’s time… it’s time to make a stand, to bring it home once and for all and tell my story. The real story, the truth”.
