Kenyon Clarke set out to build a ‘Billion Dollar’ empire – it all started with a little bit of begging.
Back on 18 October we wrote a story where we outlined a few concerns and questions that needed to be answered.
Today we can provide some of those much needed answers – where it all began back in 2010.
Before we push on, it’s worth noting that back in 2010 Kenyon Clarke was a bankrupt.
Did Kenyon Clarke have permission from the Official Assignee to not only run a business, but attempt to build what is now the failed disaster called Du Val?
Remember Kenyon Clarke claimed on social media that he was a dole bludger at the time, so why was he working?
What Kenyon and Charlotte Clarke did was attempt to keep it all in the family.
We have obtained information that proves not only was Kenyon Clarke working as a bankrupt, but he and his wife, Charlotte Clarke, worked ‘hand in hand’ to get Du Val out of the ground.
In recent media interviews, and today at the High Court, Charlotte Clarke maintains her innocence that she’s just a mum trying to look after her affected family.
Kenyon Clarke was nowhere to be seen today, as he left his wife to fend for herself at the High Court hearing.
What the reality is, is Mrs Clarke has been front and centre of Du Val from day one, working alongside her bankrupt husband knowing he should not be undertaking any such business activities.
Mrs Clarke today in the High Court at Auckland said … “I, at this point, don’t even really understand why i’m in receivership”
So we have the CEO of Du Val who spent raised millions, used ‘Wholesale Investors” funds, dealt with the FMA, signed many many legal binding and complicated business documents, had the pay packet that went with her CEO role, but she does ’not understand’ what’s going on.
The email below we say proves Mrs Clarke knew exactly what was going on from day 1.
14 years later and here we are.
Much more to come…
