We will preface this also by saying if the NZ govt, Judges, and Lawyers all have it so wrong, then please compensate the Clarke’s immediately.

It is impossible, totally inconceivable, that SO many people in law, in govt, and in regulation could be so wrong.
We’ve heard from Kenyon Clarke of his coming ‘biblical response’. More like ‘driblical’.
If, as Kenyon claims, that his business has been taken because it’s ’the matrix’, and or he is ‘so rich’, then that would be one of the worst “chilling effects” in NZ business history.
No lawyer is offering up ‘pro bono’ services to save the NZ business community from a govt now taking peoples businesses because they are so rich.
Where are the Kings Counsel who would revel in such a case that would pay so well thanks to the govt? Let alone the status in history.
