The irony of Kenyon Clarke complaining about Auckland car dealer and commercial landlord, John Murphy taking his photo is not lost on too many people.
In fact now as it transpires many people are coming forward saying they never knew Kenyon Clarke was taking photos of them and using them for his Instagram account.
Yet Clarke thought it wise to steal a phone, and then make deliberate and knowingly false allegation about being ’nearly run over’.
We of course know that is a lie. The local witnesses and CCTV proved that.
But Kenyon Clarkes lies go much further than his false allegations against John Murphy, as we now have via a Privacy Act request from the NZ Police, obtained a copy of Kenyon Clarkes witness statement.
That statement contains further deliberate lies, and false allegations against the owner of this website.
The NZ Police must be applauded for their response to Clarke saying they see no evidential basis for his misguided complaint. Simply put there is no evidence what so ever as it did not happen, nor does it exist.
One complaint stems from a story this site published a year ago, yet just recently Kenyon Clarke has indulged himself in making spurious time wasting complaints. Why take so long?
We wont be publishing the delusional allegations made by Kenyon Clarke as we are considering our options legally for both a defamation claim, and a private prosecution for making a knowingly deliberate false statement to the NZ Police.
Kenyon Clarke should brush up on s111 of the Crimes Act 1961 as it is very clear about the penalty when it comes to lying to the NZ Police in a witness statement.
As the days, weeks and months drift by, clearly this was a bizarre plan, which is yet again another significant backfire.
Any claim taken against Kenyon Clarke for defamation will be for the sole purpose of obtaining a declaration under the Defamation Act 1992. After all he only has $15K of assets in his Trust, and that is now in receivership.
Whether it’s lying to investors, on Instagram, the media, in court, in legal documents, in Information Memorandums, and now to the NZ Police, Kenyon Clarkes delusional nonsense knows no bounds.
