Watching these so called ‘polls’ yo-yo up and down, it’s quite incredible to see that somehow ex unelected PM, Chris Hipkins, still garners a reasonable level of support.
The voters of NZ clearly have a VERY short memory.
Hipkins was front and centre of the last Labour government, happily promoting the parties agenda until he took over.
Then, out of the blue, he took a huge ‘about face’, and moved away, quickly one might add, to a new more centred direction in order to try and hold onto the vote – Hipkins effectively ditched “Jacindamania” because he could see the destruction it had caused.
Now he is back out promoting himself and his party – all the while taking no responsibility what so ever for the current crisis this country finds itself in post the last Labour government, and the hideous hangover of debt that was left for the next government to contend with.
Hipkins is utterly UNTRUSTWORTHY.
His performance is simply not credible.
He will do what ever it takes to win, and if that means utilising both the Green Party and Te Pati Maori, he will do so, despite that being to the detriment of all kiwis.
