What ever happened to Agents working for the Vendors? That backbone of the industry where the results were delivered to a Vendor?
We wrote (on multiple occasions) to Ray White Epsom Principal, David Subritsky, and his Agent, Richard Thode with what was a very simple set of questions that needed answers.
The reply was a legal letter made of straw, and no answers to our straight forward questions, and no denials of what we alleged was to have happened during the sale of the Vendors property… nothing.
Let’s see what the coming week brings as we outline further concerns about the conduct of both the Office and the Agent.
