On August 28th we wrote to Ray White NZ Corporate office asking some questions about the conduct of its Epsom office, and Agent, Richard Thode.
To date we have not had a reply… perhaps Ray White Corporate are just as arrogant as their Epsom office, its Principal David Subritsky, and Agent, Richard Thode.
What appears to be the case by the silence, the lack of denial, or corroborating evidence to prove us otherwise, is it looks like Ray White NZ Corporate must endorse the underhanded selling tactics of its offices and agents.
Let’s see what the REA have to say now our complaint on behalf of the Vendors is being finalised.
